Mercury in retrograde has had apparently something

Mercury in retrograde has had apparently something to do with my train delay to Milano this morning so I had to change my plans and went to the Bardini gardens instead to see the Mimmo Jodice photography exhibition. I always carry a sketchbook with me these days. What's so great about drawing is that we don't need to rely on a studio or an expensive equipment to make anything. When sketching I've been always more interested in capturing the essence of the subject and the spontaneity rather than realistic representation. It was also a good moment to admire the wisteria in half bloom in the stunning garden not being yet invaded by tourists. I'm dreaming of being commissioned a wisteria print. #drawing #sketching #firenze #giardinibardini #art #wisteria
